Huawei Nova 11 SE introduced as planned

Huawei seems to have taken a deep breath with the release of the Mate 60 series phones and is moving forward despite the US sanctions. It is also proven by their announcement yesterday that they have planned a presentation of the Huawei Nova 11 SE phone in China today. The new model expanded the Nova 11 series from this spring and is again quite an interesting piece. Although we already know some of its specifications, it won't hurt if we summarize them all now.

DESIGN AND DISPLAY OF THE HUAWEI NOVA 11 SE PHONE

The Huawei Nova 11 SE model has a simple, yet modern look. The screen is flat and there are very narrow frames around it, perhaps only the chin is a little wider. In the center of the upper part of the display is a "hole" for the front camera. In the upper left corner of the flat back panel, two large surrounds for three sensors are placed vertically. The LED flash can be found to the right of the upper bezel. In the center of the lower third of the back is a stylized inscription NOVA.

The OLED display of the Huawei Nova 11 SE has a diagonal of 6.67 inches, a resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. Supports 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. Usable screen area is 91.85%.

OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

Recent Geekbench benchmark tests have already indicated that the Huawei Nova 11 SE model does not support 5G networks. It is powered by a Snapdragon 680 processor. The manufacturer does not state the operating memory capacity on its website, but during Geekbench tests the chipset was supplemented with 8 GB of RAM. It is paired with 256 GB or 512 GB of internal storage. Connectivity is represented by Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, GPS and a USB-C port. The fingerprint sensor is located on the edge of the device. The manufacturer also boasts that the Huawei Nova 11 SE has a waistline of only 7.39 mm and a weight of 186 grams.

The battery has a capacity of 4500 mAh and supports fast charging with a power of 66 W. Huawei claims that it will charge the battery from zero to 100% in just 32 minutes. The operating system is, as usual, Harmony OS 4.

PHOTO EQUIPMENT, PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

The manufacturer also points out the photo equipment of the Nova 11 SE phone with due emphasis. The main triple camera has a primary sensor with a resolution of 100 MPix and an aperture of f/1.9. It was complemented by an 8 MPix wide-angle lens with an aperture of f/2.2 and a 2 MPix macro lens with an aperture of f/2.4. The front camera received a 32 MPix sensor.

Huawei Nova 11 SE goes on the market in white, black and deep green. Pre-orders are already open on the manufacturer's website , sales will start on November 3. The 8GB/256GB version will cost 1,999 yuan ($273) and the 8GB/512GB version will cost 2,199 yuan ($301)(LKR 98,799).
