Xiaomi MiOS Apparently only for Chinese users

Google released the Android 14 operating system a little later this year , but that doesn't mean smartphone manufacturers are sleeping. The vast majority of them have been diligently working on their add-ons based on this new version of the Android system and are slowly starting to distribute them to some of their phones. Not far behind is Xiaomi, which recently prepared the MIUI superstructure built on the new Android for the Xiaomi 13, 13 Pro and 12T phones. However, it is also rumored that they are also working on their own Xiaomi MiOS operating system.

The first news that the Xiaomi MiOS system is in the works was released by Chinese tipsters, saying that Xiaomi will completely skip MIUI 15 and directly deploy this new operating system. MIUI 14 is said to be the last version of the superstructure. The Xiaomi MiOS operating system is said to be compatible with the Android Open Source Project and will work on a range of devices including phones, tablets and wearables. It should also be added that Xiaomi registered the domain "mios.cn" at the end of last year. But the website is currently showing a 403 error and is not SSI certified.

THERE WILL BE NO XIAOMI MIOS YET, MIUI 15 CONTINUES 

So how is it? Is MIUI 15 being canceled and replaced by MiOS? The gentlemen from the Xiaomiui portal were looking for an answer to this question and apparently found it. According to them, reports about the deployment of a new operating system are unfounded. Xiaomi is currently testing the MIUI 15 superstructure, which it will release together with the phones of the Xiaomi 14 series. But at the same time, they do not deny that in the future it is not excluded that Xiaomi MiOS will really run out. But it would not be available globally, but only exclusively for Chinese users.

According to the Xiaomiui site, the official testing process of MIUI 15 is currently underway and is being developed internally for a wide range of phones. As evidence, they present several pictures of the stable assembly of the upcoming new version of the superstructure. They got them on the official Xiaomi server, so it is reliable information. It is said that we will see the launch of MIUI 15 at the end of this month.
