A new leak reveals the specifications of the Redmi Note 12 Turbo
The Redmi Note 12 series was launched in China in October. The lineup included the Note 12, Note 12 Pro, Note 12 Pro Plus, and Note 12 Discovery Edition. However, that wasn't all the series had to offer. According to the latest reports, the Redmi Note 12 Turbo model is being worked on.
Tipster Kacper Skrzypek recently claimed that the new phone will debut quite soon. However, previous reports didn't give us much information about what the phone has under the hood.
Well, tipster Digital Chat Station shared this information with us via a recent Weibo post. And it seems that the Redmi Note 12 Turbo will be quite a decent and powerful representative of the middle class.
EVERYTHING WE KNOW ABOUT REDMI NOTE 12 TURBO
According to Skrzypek, the Note 12 Turbo model is to be equipped with a Qualcomm chipset. The leaks also revealed that the phone will be codenamed 'Marble'. And the device will be launched in India first.
That being said, a new leak of the Redmi Note 12 Turbo suggests that the device will feature a 6.67-inch OLED display. The panel will offer FHD+ resolution and will support a refresh rate of 120 Hz. And it will be powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 SoC, to clarify the previous information about the CPU from Qualcomm.
Digital Chat Station further tipped that the device will feature 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. As for the battery, it has a capacity of 5500 mAh with support for 67W fast charging.
We didn't get much information about the cameras. However, according to Digital Chat Station, the back of the Note 12 Turbo will feature a 50MP main camera. This sensor will be paired with an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP depth or macro sensor. More information will probably come later in January. And hopefully it will come with MIUI 14.
