Xiaomi 13 Pro has received BIS and SIRIM global certifications
If we look at the calendar I see that it is December 7th. And many of us are quite rightly wondering where is the promised introduction of Xiaomi and its new flagship phones. The launch was supposed to take place already on December 1, according to what Xiaomi representatives confirmed at the end of last month . But a discreet message flashed on the network that the presentation was being postponed. The new date is still a mystery and no one is even trying to guess when the presentation event will take place. In the meantime, however, the Xiaomi 13 Pro model received global certifications from BIS and SIRIM, which indicates that its launch is also planned for the Indian and Malaysian markets.
The well-known tipster Mukul Sharma pointed out on Twitter that the Xiaomi 13 Pro has BIS and SIRIM certification . However, from the certification statements we can only find out that the certified model has the code designation 2210132G and its trade name is confirmed. Nevertheless, we already have some information about the specifications of this machine, even if the manufacturer has not yet confirmed them.
Let's start with the design of the phone, which has undergone changes this year, especially on the back panel near the main camera module. The latter is now square with rounded corners and lies in the upper left corner of the back. In the module we find a total of three sensors and an LED flash. According to the tipsters, all three sensors have a resolution of 50 MP, with the primary sensor having a size of 1 inch and being a Sony IMX9889 sensor with OIS support. The second Samsung JN1 sensor works as a telephoto lens and the last Samsung JN1 sensor works as a wide-angle lens. Leica took care of the optics.
The Xiaomi 13 Pro's OLED display is said to have a 6.73-inch diagonal, 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It supports 1920 Hz PWM dimming and a maximum brightness of up to 1900 nits. We can certainly count on a Snapdragon 8 Gen2 processor with LPDDR5X RAM and internal UFS 4.0 storage. According to tipsters, the battery has a capacity of 4820 mAh and supports fast cable charging with a power of 120 W. It also supports 50 W wireless charging and 10 W reverse wireless charging. In connection with charging, the Surge G1 chip should not be missing either. There is also speculation about an IR blaster, NFC and resistance according to IP68 certification. The operating system is Android 13 with MIUI 14 superstructure.
