Vivo Y02 is in the world with a very low price
The Vivo brand literally shone a few days ago with the new X90 series phones . And not to either. The highest model, the X90 Pro Plus, became the world's first phone with a Snapdragon 8 Gen2 flagship processor. But they obviously don't forget the users who prefer lower prices for their phones and only basic equipment is enough for them. For them, there is a dedicated Y series in which Vivo launches just such phones. In the spring of this year, the Vivo Y01 model and now the Vivo Y02 model came into the world with low specifications and a very low price.
The Vivo Y02 will do well for basic tasks such as making calls, receiving and sending messages, or checking social networks and websites. But you can also watch videos or play simple games on it. It is powered by an eight-core processor, which the manufacturer did not specify in more detail. It has added 2/3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 1 TB using a microSD card. Connectivity is represented by 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, GLONASS, USB-C and a 3.5 mm audio jack.
The display of the Vivo Y02 is of the LCD type, which is not surprising for such a cheap machine. The screen has a diagonal of 6.51 inches, a resolution of 1600 × 720 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. There are wider frames around the display and the chin is not exactly narrow either. Above it is a teardrop cutout for the front 5 MP camera. The main camera is located in a fairly large circular module in the upper left part of the rear panel. For how big the module is, we only find one sensor with a resolution of 8 MP and an LED flash.
Although the specifications of the Vivo Y02 are quite modest, the battery has received a decent capacity, which is 5000 mAh. At this capacity, however, charging takes a long time, because the battery supports charging with a power of only 10 W via microUSB 2.0. The operating system is Android 12 Go Edition with the FunTouch OS 12 superstructure. Let's also add that the fingerprint sensor is missing, so the phone is unlocked via the front camera. The Vivo Y02 is already on sale in the Indonesian market in Cosmic Gray and Orchid Blue colors, and the version with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage will cost 1,499,000 Indonesian rupiah, which is roughly $95.
