Last year, the Infinix brand attracted significant attention with the release of three phones of the Zero X series. Subsequently, at the beginning of this year, the Zero 5G model was launched , which also had decent photo equipment, and its main camera module somewhat resembled the rear camera of the Oppo Find X3 in its design. In addition, it was the first phone of this brand with support for 5G networks. Well, now it looks like the manufacturer is working on another phone with 5G support called Infinix Zero 5G 2023.
It is clear from the name that the Infinix Zero 5G 2023 supports 5G networks again. The designation 2023 indicates possible improvements compared to the phone from the beginning of this year. Well, the fact that this model has already passed FCC and Bluetooth SIG certification shows that it will go to global markets. Of course, we will not know the complete specifications of the upcoming phone from the certification statements, but let's at least look at those that have been confirmed by the certification.
The Infinix Zero 5G 2023 has been certified with the codename X6815C. And it really is an improved version of the Zero 5G from earlier in the year. The phone has dimensions of 169 x 77 x 9 mm, and from the drawing, which is part of the certification statement, it follows that the main camera consists of three sensors and an LED flash.
We will also find that the battery capacity of this upcoming Infinix phone has reached 4900 mAh and it supports fast charging with a power of 33 W. This is basically the same as its predecessor this year. The certification statement also confirmed dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0 and NFC. 5G connection is confirmed for bands n2, n5, n7, n38, n41, n66, n71, n77 and n78. Although we do not yet know the other parameters, tipsters estimate that it is likely that some of them are the same as the first Zero 5G model. But this has yet to be confirmed by the manufacturer himself.
