Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 and other products will arrive on August 11

Chinese OnePlus fans in particular will be in for a treat this evening, as the OnePlus Ace Pro phone will be launched in China after a delay . Yesterday on Chinese Weibo, one of the well-known tipsters suggested that Xiaomi is preparing a big presentation on August 11. And today Xiaomi itself confirmed this event, saying that they will launch the Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 phone and other products.

LEI JUN CONFIRMED THE INTRODUCTION OF THE XIAOMI MIX FOLD 2 PHONE 

Xiaomi's CEO recently said that he will hold an annual speech on August 11, where he will share the company's achievements as well as other plans for the future. Of course, the regular balance is important and that's why Xiaomi decided to combine it with the presentation event. Today, they posted a trailer on their Weibo account that after Lei Jun's speech, they will introduce the Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 folding phone, as well as the Pad 5 Pro 12.4 tablet and Buds 4 Pro headphones. The presentation will take place in China at 19:00 local time.

We have already mentioned the Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 folding phone several times, but we will still touch on some of its specifications. Above all, it concerns improved displays, i.e. both internal and external. Tipsters claim that both screens have a 120Hz refresh rate. The external display is of the Samsung E5 AMOLED type, while the internal screen is of the Samsung Eco² OLED type and offers up to 25% lower energy consumption. It also has a higher light transmission, up to 33%. The internal screen has a resolution of 2520 × 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 21:9.

All we know about the Xiaomi Pad 5 Pro 12.4 tablet so far is that it has a 12.4-inch screen and a redesigned main camera module on the back panel. The primary sensor is said to have a resolution of 50 MP. We can also expect a battery with a higher capacity. The upcoming Buds 4 Pro headphones are of the TWS type with a short leg and an attractive gold color, in which the charging box is also brought out. So it's clearly a premium wearable. However, further details about these two products are not available at this time.
