Red Magic 7S and 7S Pro passed Tenaa certification
Nubia gaming phones from the Red Magic product line are among the best that this segment has to offer. Red Magic 7 and 7 Pro with Snapdragon 8 Gen1 processor hit the Chinese market this February/February . Two months after that, the Pro model also took a look at the global markets and achieved decent success there. And since the Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 chipset is now on the market, it's time for more gaming machines from this series. Nubia is already catching them for us, as the Red Magic 7S and 7S Pro models have just passed China 's Tenaa certification .
Since the Red Magic 7S and 7S Pro gaming phones are certified by Tenaa, we know some of their specs and expect them to launch later this month. After all, July/July will be marked by several introductions of phones powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 processor. But let's see what parameters the upcoming Red Magic machines offer.
Both phones have a 6.8-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels. Since their predecessors have a refresh rate of 120 Hz and 165 Hz, we assume that it will be the same for the Red Magic 7S and 7S Pro phones. As already said, the manufacturer will use the premium Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 processor in the new phones. It will be complemented by 8/12/16/18 GB of operating memory and 128/256/512 GB of internal storage. For the Pro model, we can also expect a version with 1 TB of internal memory. The operating system is Android 12 with Redmagic OS 5.0 superstructure.
In the photo equipment we can find the main triple camera. In both cases, it is said to consist of a 64 MPix primary sensor, an 8 MP wide-angle lens and a 2 MP macro lens. The Tenaa listing further mentions that the front camera is 8 MP on both phones. However, it is possible that the Pro model may have a 16MP selfie camera, i.e. the same as the Red Magic 7 Pro. The battery capacity is 4500 mAh for the standard version and 5000 mAh for the Pro version. The 3C certification confirmed fast charging with a power of 165 W. More information about the specifications will surely come soon.
