Oppo reportedly works on a folding flip phone
Contrary to expectations, folding phones have not become a big hit, but there are still quite a few manufacturers in their portfolios. Oppo has been among them since the end of last year. They have the first folding phone Oppo Find N on their account , which slightly resembles the folding phone Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3. However, it seems that Oppo has not yet said its last word in folding phones.

But the new phone is said to have a different design and that is the so popular "lid". So this is the company's first clamshell folding phone, and again we can assume that they draw inspiration for the design of the Galaxy Z Flip 3. The Oppo clamshell phone is said to be presented during the third quarter of this year in the Find series. The price will reportedly be lower than the Galaxy Z Flip 3.
Oppo's decision to prepare a folding flip phone is logical. Phones that consist like Find N are great, but they are also very expensive. Ordinary flag phones will easily surpass the price. Whereas clamshell phones are based on popular design for many years. In addition, they are easy to use and have a lower price. This gives them a much better chance of high sales in the market. Moreover, more manufacturers, including Samsung and Motorola, have opted for this strategy.
