Realme P1 Speed: Specs, Features, and Launch Details

The Realme brand introduced the first two models of the new P1 series earlier this year, specifically the Realme P1 and Realme P1 Pro. Designed for the Indian market, these mid-range phones boast premium designs. Now, Realme is expanding the series with a new addition, the Realme P1 Speed.

The Realme P1 Speed already has its own page on Realme's Indian website, where it's confirmed that the phone will officially launch on October 15 at 12 noon local time. Several teasers have already hinted at some of the phone's key specifications and features.

Realme P1 Speed: Design and Display

The design of the Realme P1 Speed doesn't stray too far from the P1 and P1 Pro models. It features ultra-narrow bezels and a "hole-punch" front camera at the center of the display. The back panel is dominated by a large circular camera module, which gives it a sleek and modern look. The phone maintains a slim profile with a thickness of just 7.6 mm.

Performance and Hardware

Under the hood, the Realme P1 Speed will be powered by the Dimensity 7300 processor, ensuring support for 5G networks and providing solid performance for both gaming and multitasking. It will come equipped with 12GB of RAM and offers up to 256GB of internal storage, with the added option of virtual RAM for further memory optimization.

Camera and Photography

The Realme P1 Speed features a 50MP primary camera sensor, promising to deliver high-quality photos. While additional details about other camera sensors are yet to be revealed, the 50MP sensor alone indicates strong photography capabilities in the mid-range segment.

Display and Cooling

The phone will sport an OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, providing a smooth visual experience. The display boasts a 92.65% usable area, maximizing screen real estate. For intensive tasks, the P1 Speed includes a large VC cooling system to keep the device cool during extended use.

Realme has confirmed that the P1 Speed will feature a 5000 mAh battery, supporting 45W fast charging, allowing users to quickly recharge their phone. This battery size ensures long-lasting usage, ideal for everyday tasks and entertainment.

Other Features

The Realme P1 Speed will also be IP65 certified, ensuring protection against dust and low-pressure water jets. It will be available on both Realme's website and Flipkart post-launch, offering multiple purchasing options for consumers.
