Realme P2 Pro Set to Launch in India with Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 and 120Hz AMOLED Display

Realme is gearing up to introduce its latest P-series smartphone, the P2 Pro, in India on September 13. With the official launch date just around the corner, excitement is building, especially with a recent Geekbench listing revealing some of the phone's key specifications.

Realme P2 Pro Geekbench Performance

The Realme P2 Pro, identified by the model number RMX3987, recently appeared on Geekbench, scoring 866 points in the single-core test and 2811 points in the multi-core test. While Geekbench results don't always reflect real-world performance, they do offer a glimpse into the device's capabilities and what users can expect under the hood.

Specifications and Features of Realme P2 Pro

Under the hood, the Realme P2 Pro is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset, paired with 12 GB of RAM. This combination promises a balanced blend of power and efficiency, making the P2 Pro a strong contender in the competitive mid-range market. The device will run on Android 14, ensuring users have access to the latest features and updates.

Design-wise, the P2 Pro will sport a 120Hz AMOLED display, complete with a small punch-hole for the front camera. This high-refresh-rate screen is designed to offer smoother visuals, whether you're gaming or streaming videos. On the back, the phone will feature an oval-shaped camera module with a distinctive gold ring, a design element seen in other Realme devices launched in 2024.

Realme has also equipped the P2 Pro with 80W Ultra charging, which can provide up to 1.5 hours of gaming or 24 hours of music playback with just a 5-minute charge. This fast-charging capability further enhances the phone's appeal, especially for users who are always on the go.

Realme Buds N1 TWS Earphones

In addition to the P2 Pro, Realme has launched the Buds N1 TWS earphones in India. These earphones feature an in-ear design, water and dust resistance, and touch controls. They are equipped with a 12.4mm bass driver, 46dB active noise cancellation, and AI-powered noise cancellation for calls. Thanks to Spatial Audio technology, users can enjoy up to 40 hours of battery life, with 9 hours available on a single charge.
