Vivo Y28 4G launched in Singapore
The Vivo brand is significantly expanding its "Y" product series this year . We can find a cheaper phone here, and one of these debuted in the Singapore market a few days ago. It is a Vivo Y28 4G model and, as the name suggests, it lacks support for 5G networks. However, it has quite an interesting design and a giant battery. It will thus complement the model with the same name and 5G support, which has been sold in India since the beginning of the year.

The new phone has a flat design and the rear panel is decorated with a square main camera module. The module also has a Dynamic Light for notifications. The central frame is metal, there are slightly wider bezels around the display, and the chin is also wider. In the center of the top of the screen is a “hole” for the front camera.
Since the Vivo Y28 4G is one of the cheaper machines, its display is of the LCD type. It has a diagonal of 6.68 inches, a resolution of 1608 × 720 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. It supports a brightness of up to 1000 nits and a fineness of 264 ppi. The manufacturer used the Helio G85 chipset as the processor. It added 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of expandable internal storage. 8 GB of virtual RAM is also available. The phone is resistant according to IP64 certification, is equipped with stereo speakers, supports Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz/5 GHz) and Bluetooth 5.0. Also GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, Galileo and QZSS navigation systems.
The biggest attraction of the Vivo Y28 4G is the battery with a capacity of 6000 mAh. There is even support for fast charging, which has a power of 44 W. The operating system is Android 14 with the FunTouch OS 14 superstructure. Of course, we will not forget the photo equipment either. The main camera is dual and consists of a primary 50 MPix sensor with an aperture of f/1.8 and a 2 MPix sensor for capturing depth of field. The front camera has an 8MP sensor with f/2.05 aperture. Vivo Y28 4G is coming to the Singapore market in Agate Green and Gleaming Orange colors. Sales are already underway and the price for the 8GB/256GB storage version is set at S$269, which translates to about $199 US.
