Honor X50 and some of its specifications
The Honor brand continues to expand its portfolio across all classes. After the release of the premium phones of the Honor 90 series and the launch of the Honor 90 Lite model on the market, they focused on the middle class. The market is represented by phones that have the letter X in their name, and the Honor X50 model is currently being prepared. The manufacturer has already announced that the upcoming phone will debut on the Chinese market on July 5th at 19:30 local time. He also drew attention to some of its specifications.
WHAT WE KNOW SO FAR ABOUT THE HONOR X50 PHONE
On the Chinese Weibo, Honor shares several trailers with links to the main parameters of the Honor X50 phone, and tipsters draw attention to some of the other specifications. Therefore, we will now summarize everything we know so far. Probably the most important thing is the type of processor that powers the phone, which is Snapdragon 6 Gen1. It's an octa-core chipset with four Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.2GHz and four Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.8GHz. It's built on 4nm manufacturing technology, so it's quite a leap compared to the Snapdragon 695, which manufacturers were very fond of using in mid-range phones.
Among the trailers we can also find the one that confirmed the battery capacity of the Honor X50 model. Even in this case, the manufacturer did not skimp and gave the battery a very respectable 5800 mAh. This is exactly 700 mAh more than the Honor X40. Fast charging is said to have a power of 66 W. The OLED display has a 2.5D curvature, a resolution of 2652 × 1200 pixels, protection against blue radiation and high-frequency PWM dimming. But the manufacturer did not mention its size.
In terms of memory, we will reportedly get up to 16 GB of operating memory and up to 512 GB of internal storage. This combination is the highest so far in the entire history of the X series. According to the trailers, the main camera of the Honor X50 is again large and circular with two sensors and an LED flash. The primary sensor is rumored to have a resolution of 108 MPix, and there is also an 8 MPix wide-angle lens in the lineup. The camera supports Matrix AI technology, so the pictures should not look bad. Long story short, the specs look very good for a mid-range phone.
