Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 is said to have interesting parameters
Perhaps each of the established smartphone manufacturers already has at least one foldable model in their portfolio. Xiaomi has also entered the competitive battle with Samsung , which is currently the king of this segment, and after last year's folding phone Mix Fold 2, it is already preparing its successor, Xiaomi Mix Fold 3. Rumors about it are already gaining strength, so let's take a look together at what the tipsters estimate.
WHAT WILL THE XIAOMI MIX FOLD 3 BE LIKE?
A nice summary of the specifications can be found, for example, on the Xiaomiui website . According to them, the upcoming Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 will have some of the same specifications as its predecessor last year, but it will also get a lot of improvements. The phone has the internal designation “Babylon” and the codename 2308CPXD0C, which appeared in the IMEI database. The first two numbers in the tag indicate that the phone will debut this year, and the double number “08” indicates an introduction in the eighth month, i.e. in August/August. However, the MIUI firmware suggests that the phone will be exclusive to the Chinese market.
The external display of the Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 phone is an OLED type with a 6.5-inch diagonal, FullHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The large internal display is of the same type, with a diagonal of 8.02 inches, FullHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. There is a “hole” in both screens for the selfie camera. The tipsters assume that the phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen2 processor with up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of internal memory, which is quite a lot.
Perhaps the most interesting thing about the Mix Fold 3 folding model is the main camera. There are four sensors with Leica optics and all have a resolution of 50 MP. Specifically, it is a Sony IMX989 sensor, a Sony IMX858 wide-angle lens, a Sony IMX858 telephoto lens, and a Sony IMX858 periscope lens.
