Vivo Pad 2 introduced with a large display
And in the third of all the good things from the brand Vivo, we will have their new tablet Vivo Pad 2, which debuted yesterday alongside the folding phones X Flip and X Fold 2 . Compared to its predecessor, the new tablet received improvements both in terms of display, performance and sound. So let's see what it has to offer.
VIVO PAD 2 TABLET DISPLAY
Compared to last year's tablet, the screen size of the new Vivo Pad 2 has increased from 11 inches to 12.1 inches. The aspect ratio is 7:5 and the usable screen area has increased by 27.3%. The display is an LCD type with a resolution of 2800 × 1968 pixels and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. We also find HDR10+ support and a brightness of up to 600 nits. The screen has certified protection against blue light.
Before summarizing other parameters, we would like to point out that the Vivo Pad 2 tablet supports both a stylus and a keyboard. The stylus can also be attached to the side edge of the device. The manufacturer also added four broadband speakers and two tweeters with a sound output of up to 6 W.
OTHER SPECIFICATIONS
The Vivo Pad 2 tablet is powered by a MediaTek processor, specifically the Dimensity 9000 chipset. It is paired with 8GB/12GB of RAM and 128/256/512GB of internal storage. Connectivity is represented by Wi-Fi 6 802.11 ax (2.4 GHz/5 GHz), Bluetooth 5.2, USB-C and NFC. The battery has a capacity of 10000 mAh and supports fast charging with a power of 44 W. The dimensions of the tablet are 266.03 × 191.60 × 6.59 mm with a weight of 585 grams. The operating system is Android 13 with the Origin OS 3 superstructure.
PHOTO EQUIPMENT, PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
The rear camera has a circular module similar to the newly introduced foldable phones. Two sensors are hidden in the module. The first of them with a resolution of 13 MP and an aperture of f/2.2 and the second 2 MP sensor works as a macro lens. The front camera then received an 8 MP sensor with an aperture of f/2.0.
The Vivo Pad 2 tablet goes to the market in gray, blue and purple. As with the other mentioned Vivo products, pre-orders are already running in this case, but sales will start on April 24. The prices of individual memory versions are as follows:

- 8GB/256GB - 2799 yuan ($407)
- 12GB/256GB - 3099 yuan ($450)
- 12GB/512GB - 3399 Yuan ($494)
