Redmi Note 11 SE debuts in the Indian market
The Redmi brand introduced the Note 11 series in China last October. It was quite a diverse mix of phones, which then reached global markets at the beginning of the year . Although the Note 11 Pro Plus model was missing, global fans got the new Note 11S instead, and the Pro model also arrived in two versions with 4G and 5G support. Although it might seem that this is the end of the series and the manufacturer is focusing on the Redmi Note 12 models, this is not the case. The Redmi Note 11 SE arrived on the Indian market today, but it is also sold in China. Therefore, today we will take a look at its specifications and also its price.
REDMI NOTE 11 SE SPECIFICATIONS SUMMARY
The newly launched Redmi Note 11 SE has quite similar specifications to last year's Redmi Note 10S and is a lower mid-range device. The AMOLED display has a diagonal of 6.43 inches and a resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels. The brightness reached 1100 nits and there is also support for 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 3.
In this case, the manufacturer reached for the MediaTek processor and specifically the eight-core Helio G95 chipset. It has added 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 512 GB. The battery has a capacity of 5000 mAh and supports fast charging with a power of 33 W. But be careful here. Apparently, Redmi has already joined the trend, which is not very popular with fans, and is sending the phone to the market without a charger. It is simply missing in the package, so you need to buy it.
Connectivity is represented by dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4 GHz/5 GHz), Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, USB-C and 3.5 mm audio jack. The fingerprint sensor is located on the edge of the phone. As a bonus, the manufacturer also added an IR blaster, stereo speakers with Hi-Res audio and resistance according to IP53 certification. However, the Android 11 operating system with the MIUI 12.5 superstructure is a certain surprise.
In the photo equipment, we can find a front selfie camera with a resolution of 13 MP. The main camera packed four sensors. The primary one has 64 MP with an aperture of f/1.79. The second 8 MP sensor functions as a wide-angle lens with a field of view of 118°, and the whole set is completed by two 2 MP sensors for macro photography and capturing depth of field. Redmi Note 11 SE goes on the market in Bifrost Blue, Cosmic White, Space Black and Thunder Purple colors. Sales on Mi.com in India start on August 31st and the price is set at INR 13499, which is roughly $169.
