Redmi K50 Ultra and some of its specifications
The Redmi K series is quite popular on the market. It goes across all classes and even extends into the gaming phone segment. This year's first model in this series saw the light of day in China in February, and surprisingly, it was the Redmi K50 Gaming with the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen1 processor and well-trodden gaming equipment. A month later, two more machines entered the market , namely the Redmi K50 and K50 Pro. The manufacturer reached for the processors from the MediaTek workshops and they were the Dimensity 8100 and Dimensity 9000 chipsets. And we are still waiting for another model from this series, which may be called the Redmi K50 Ultra and it will again be a premium phone.
TIPPERS ARE ANNOUNCING SOME PARAMETERS OF THE REDMI K50 ULTRA
Given that the Redmi K50 Ultra is slowly becoming more and more popular with tipsters, it is quite possible that it will appear on the Chinese market in the coming months. The well-known Digital Chat Station, which declassified some of its specifications on Weibo , also suggests something like this. First of all, he talks about the Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 processor. We know from the past that Redmi also showed interest in this chipset, so it is likely that the upcoming premium model will receive it.
The tipper further states that the phone's display is flat and offers QuadHD + resolution and a high refresh rate. He also mentions support for fast charging with a power of either 100 W or even 120 W. Although he did not directly confirm the trade name of this premium machine, he did not rule out the name Redmi K50 Ultra. Recall that the K30 series had the Ultra model, but in the K40 series it was the highest model K40 Pro Plus.
And when could the launch of the Redmi K50 Ultra? Preliminary estimates are very vague and refer to the second half of this year. Since Xiaomi is also working on its top model in the Xiaomi 12 series and we expect it to be powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 processor, both Ultra models can be introduced together. Or at least at about the same time. We anticipate that Redmi will soon release some more details about his upcoming premium phone.
