Vivo X80 and X80 Pro are FCC and NBTC certified

Relatively recently, the first two phones of the premium Vivo X80 series appeared on the Chinese market. Specifically, these are the Vivo X80 and X80 Pro models. The manufacturer still has the X80 Pro Plus model in stock, but we will wait for some time. Nevertheless, after the introduction, Vivo announced that the first two models would soon appear on global markets as well. The date of the global launch is announced on May 8 / May, so we will wait for the phones for less than a week. The show will primarily take place in the Malaysian market.

Of course, phones also need global certifications before they are launched globally, which they already collect. Specifically, the X80 Pro model appeared in the FCC certification database, codenamed V2145. The certification confirmed that the phone supports two SIM cards. The Vivo X80 has again passed the NBTC certification with the code V2144. The certification confirmed the support of 5G networks. It has the same certification for the X80 version and 5G support has been confirmed.

THE MAIN SPECIFICATIONS OF THE GLOBAL VIVO X80 AND X80 PRO MODELS 

So many specifications did not fall out of the certifications, but according to the MySmartPrice website , the global models are said to have the same parameters as the Chinese ones. Both the Vivo X80 and X80 Pro have a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with FullHD + and QHD + resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate and LTPO 2.0 technology. The standard version is powered by the Dimensity 9000 processor, while the Pro version was launched in two versions, the first receiving the Snapdragon 8 Gen1 and the second the Dimensity 9000. Here, tipsters are not sure whether both versions will go to global markets.

In both cases, we will see 8/12 GB of RAM and 128/256/512 GB of internal storage. The Vivo X80 battery has a capacity of 4500 mAh and support for 80 W cable charging. The Pro version comes with a 4700 mAh battery and support for 80 W cable charging and 50 W wireless charging. Both models have the same front camera with a resolution of 32 MPix. The main camera of the standard version has 50 MPix and two 12 MPix sensors. For versions received 50 MPix, 48 MPix, 12 MPix and 8 MPix sensors. We will find out in a few days whether the global specifications are really the same as those of the Chinese models.
