Oppo Reno 8 shows some of the parameters

About the beginning of this month, rumors have begun appearing on the network that Oppo has started working on phones from its relatively popular Reno line. Tipsters specifically mention the Oppo Reno 8 model, even though last year's Reno 7 models still sell well. We know about the upcoming Oppo Reno 8 model that according to the renderings that have already appeared on the network , its design is significantly changed compared to last year's phones. And at least the appearance of the front panel was confirmed today by a real photo. The well-known digital chat station Digital Chat Station published here in Weibo , China . In the photo we see that the display is flat, the frames around it are relatively narrow. In the upper left corner is a "hole" for the front camera.

NEW INFO ON OPPO RENO 8 SPECIFICATIONS 

However, perhaps more important than the appearance of the front panel are the specifications that we see on the on screen. It is obvious that this is a standard model in the Reno 8 series, which drives a processor from the upcoming Snapdragon 7 series. It is a chipset built on 4nm production technology with a two-cluster architecture. In the first there are four Cortex-A710 cores with a clock speed of 2.36 GHz and in the second there are four other Cortex-A510 cores with a clock frequency of 1.80 GHz. At the GPU, we find Adreno 662. This Qualcomm processor is set to debut next month under the trade name Snapdragon 7 Gen1. And it is quite possible that the Oppo Reno 8 will be the first phone with this chipset.

Another of the parameters was confirmed by the Chinese 3C certification. According to her, the phone will receive an 11V / 7.3A charger that will support fast charging with a power of 80 W. According to previous information , we can expect a 6.5-inch OLED display with FullHD + resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate. The battery is said to have a capacity of 4500 mAh and the main camera is triple. The tipper adds that the Sony IMX766 primary sensor has a resolution of 50 MPix, and an 8 MPix wide-angle lens and a 2 MPix macro lens are added. The phone runs on the Android 12 operating system with the ColorOS extension.
