The first POCO Watch will be presented to the world on April 26

The smart portability of the Xiaomi family has been (not only) a very dominant player in our market for some time now. Recently, the first pieces of the subsidiary Redmi also joined them, and in just a few days we will see the activities of other subsidiaries as well. This is a popular POCO, which should send its very first smart watch POCO Watch to the world very soon. They have also been speculated about for quite a few months now and have even appeared in several certifications . But only now have they finally received the official date of the performance.
The POCO branch in the distant Philippines also boasted a teaser poster for the upcoming show on April 26. The new POCO F4 GT phone will be presented there, but it will not be the only novelty. The teaser also attracts the very first AIoT product from the POCO family, and the silhouette clearly points to a smart watch. And because it's a global show, fans outside the Asian region are also rejoicing. So in all probability, because there is nothing definitive yet.
JUST A REBRANDED REDMI WATCH 2?
The Indian server Digit India , in cooperation with leaksters from OnLeaks, has already boasted the specifications of the upcoming watches. POCO Watch at first glance (and maybe the other) look like copies of Redmi Watch 2 . So we will see a more angular design of watches with curved corners and especially a relatively high quality AMOLED display. It should have a 1.6-inch diagonal and a resolution of 360 x 320 pixels. The watch will also be very light with only 31 g weight.
Otherwise, of course, we will see a full set of sensors, whether for heart rate monitoring or blood oxygenation. The battery with a capacity of 225 mAh then promises solid endurance. And of course there is also 5ATM waterproof certification. The strap will probably be silicone and the watch will offer several color variants. Speculation does not speak at all about the GPS chip, even though the Redmi Watch 2 had it. We will see how it also turns out with price and, of course, real availability. In China, not far from Redmi, it was sold for about $ 62 for an idea.
