Xiaomi 12 Lite has passed Geekbench tests
The introduction of the Xiaomi 12 series phones on the Chinese market is long overdue. We have also launched these three machines in global markets. However, we know that this did not close the series and that two more models will be added, namely the Xiaomi 12 Lite and 12 Ultra. As the names suggest, it is clear that these two upcoming models are on opposite sides of the specification spectrum. While the Ultra will be one of the high-end machines, the Lite is ready for those who prefer a good price / performance ratio with an emphasis on lower price.
And the lower price is what the Xiaomi 12 Lite can draw attention to. The other phones in the series are among the more expensive pieces on the market. So the Lite model is interesting for those who want to buy a phone from the Xiaomi 12 series and not pay a fortune for it. We have good news for those who are waiting for this model. The launch may take place soon in selected European and Asian markets. But before that happens, let's take a look at what the Geekbench test report published by MySmartPrice says about its specifications and performance.
RESULTS AND PARAMETERS XIAOMI 12 LITE ACCORDING TO GEEKBENCH
Xiaomi 12 Lite has passed Geekbench tests codenamed 2203129G. As always, we read only a few pieces of information about the specifications from the statement, but let's take a look at them anyway. As for the processor, it is an eight-core chipset called "Taoyao" with a basic clock frequency of 1.80 GHz. The maximum clock speed is 2.40 GHz and we see that the GPU is Adreno 642L. This clearly indicates that this is a Snapdragon 778G processor, which is relatively powerful. During the tests, it was supplemented by 8 GB of operating memory and the Android 12 system, to which the manufacturer will also add the MIUI 13 superstructure. The resulting score also corresponds to the above. In the Single-Core test, the phone scored 788 points and in the multi-Core test 2864 points.
We also know about the Xiaomi 132 Lite that it has a 6.55-inch AMOLED display, which is curved according to official renderings and has a FullHD + resolution. Its refresh rate reached 120 Hz. Always-On-Display support should not be missing either. According to the renderings, the main camera is triple with a primary 64 MPix sensor. This sensor is said to complement the wide-angle lens and the macro lens. The battery capacity will be either 4500 mAh or 5000 mAh with support for fast charging with a power of 67 W. And it is also rumored that the Xiaomi 12 Lite will borrow some specifications of the Xiaomi Civi 2 , which the manufacturer is preparing exclusively for the Chinese market.
