Vivo T1 5G launch date in India revealed

Vivo has teased about launching its new T-series in India. The company will launch the first smartphone under the Vivo T-series in India on February 9 - the same day Redmi launches its Note 11 series in India. The T1 5G is the first smartphone to be launched under the Vivo T-series.

The device was launched in China last year. It has been rumoured to debut in India for quite a few weeks. Vivo has made the event page of the T1 5G live on its official website. The landing page confirms some of the key features of the upcoming Vivo smartphone. Let’s take a look at the Vivo T1 5G specifications and features ahead of its official launch in India.

Vivo T1 specifications

The Vivo T1 has a 6.67-inch FHD + display with a resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. Connectivity features include 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. It has a 16MP snapper for selfies and video chats. It weighs 192 grams and measures 164.70 × 76.68 × 8.49 mm. It has a 5,000mAh battery with 44W fast charging support.

The Vivo T1 features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for protection, a 3.5mm audio jack and a stereo speaker. It runs on Android 11 based OriginOS custom skin. It measures 164.70 × 76.68 × 8.49mm and weighs 192 grams. When it comes to optics, the Vivo T1 has a triple camera on the back, a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP macro unit.
