Today, the company presented plans for the early launch of the new Dimensity 8000 chipset.

According to him, it should be a 5 nm chipset using a combination of older ARMv8 cores. Specifically, four Cortex-A78 at 2.75 GHz and four Cortex-A55 at 2 GHz. He just promotes the name and gets a "thousand" more.
The Dimensity 8000 is expected to be introduced in the first phones in the first months of 2022, and a number of manufacturers are reportedly already interested. Including big names like Realme or Xiaomi . The chipset should be in competition and an alternative for the Snapdragon 778G, or for the recently very popular Snapdragon 870.
