Poco M3 Failed in Sri Lanka
Poco company is subsidiary company of xiaomi . They introduce new budget smartphone called "POCO M3" in last year. That smartphone got higher demand & Genxt Sri Lanka (Local Authorized Xiaomi Distributor in Sri Lanka) sold lots of quantities of POCO M3 Smartphones in Sri Lanka. There are various phone bugs being reported these days & Xiaomi Sri Lanka decided to refund customer cost for the error reporting POCO M3 Smartphones instead of repairing the phone.
Xiaomi, which made good progress last year, It seems there has been some setback so far. A strong reason for this is the shortage of Xiaomi Smartphones in Sri Lankan market and the limited availability of certain smartphone models. Reporting such phone bugs in them has a direct impact on their smartphone sales. Meanwhile , the vivo smartphone brand is rapidly expanding in Sri Lanka. Realme and Motorola brands have also had a strong impact on Xiaomi Smartphone sales in Sri Lanka.
However, xiaomi needs to regain the trust of Sri Lankan customers. More quality products need to be introduce.
