Yesterday, in addition to the standard model numbered 300 series and the Pro model, Honor also introduced the Honor 300 Ultra phone. It is the highest model in the entire range, and its specifications are of course adapted to this, even though it shares some parameters with the Pro model. So let's see what the new phone has to offer.
The Honor 300 Ultra model also has an attractive design that adheres to the design line of this series. It has a seven-layer back panel covered with smooth leather with an embossed fine pattern in the white variant, or even an effective glass in the black color variant. The display is curved and in the center of its upper part there is an oval "hole" for the front camera.
The Honor 300 Ultra's display itself is essentially the same as the Pro's. It is therefore a 6.78-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 2700 × 1224 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The display supports brightness up to 4000 nits, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut and 3840 Hz high-frequency PWM dimming.
On the processor post of the Honor 300 Ultra, we still find the premium Snapdragon 8 Gen3 chipset, which is paired with 12 GB/16 GB of RAM and 512 GB and 1 TB of internal storage. connectivity is represented by 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 7 802.11be (2.4 GHz/5 GHz), Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, USB-C and NFC. The ultrasonic fingerprint sensor is integrated into the display and the phone is also IP65 certified. The equipment also includes stereo speakers. The battery has the same 5300 mAh capacity as its siblings from the series. Like the Pro model, it supports 100W fast wired charging as well as 80W wireless charging. The operating system is Android 15 with MagicOS 8.0 superstructure.
The main attraction of the Honor 300 Ultra model is the photo equipment. The rear camera is triple with a primary 50MP Sony IMX906 sensor with a size of 1/1.56 inches, f/1.95 aperture and OIS support. The second 12 MPix sensor functions as a wide-angle lens with a 112° field of view, automatic focus, f/2.2 aperture and macro photography. The last sensor in the set is a 50MP Sony IMX858 periscopic telephoto lens with 3.8 optical zoom, f/3.0 aperture and support for OIS and EIS. Among the features we find support for Harcourt Portrait mode and there is also an AI Light Control Engine to preserve real light and shadow effects. The front camera has the same 50 MPix sensor as the other two models in this series.
The Honor 300 Ultra is coming to the Chinese market in Camellia White (leather) and Ink Rock Black (glass). Pre-orders are already running on the manufacturer's sales pages , sales start on December 6. The prices of individual memory versions are as follows:
