The test device featured 12 GB of RAM and ran on Android 15. In the Single-core test, the Galaxy S25 Ultra scored 3069 points, while the Multi-core test yielded an impressive 9080 points. While these numbers are certainly impressive, it’s worth noting that Samsung still has time to fine-tune the device before its expected launch in January 2025.
